Case Study: How VietNam Event Group – VEG Delivered a 500-Guest Incentive Program for Faberlic Across Two Vietnamese Cities
When a Russian MICE agency picks Vietnam for a 500-guest incentive trip, the first question isn’t which venue looks best. It’s who can run a program spanning two cities and five major activities without anything slipping through the cracks.
That was the brief Future LLC, a Russia-based MICE agency, brought to VietNam Event Group – VEG in late 2025.

A journey, not a single event
The program, called “Драгоценная поездка 2025” (Precious Journey), was organized by Faberlic, one of Russia’s largest cosmetics companies, for its top distributors and partners. Over 500 guests from Russia and the CIS traveled to Vietnam for a program running from November 27 to December 8.
The schedule spanned two cities. Welcome Party and After Party at Movenpick Phan Thiet. Morning conference and Gala Dinner at Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City. Two Dancing Master Classes in between, a detail that signals this wasn’t built as a standard corporate trip.
Behind-the-scenes photos show a traditional Vietnamese ensemble performing on đàn tranh (a Vietnamese zither) under a pink arch bearing the Faberlic logo, staged outdoors in Phan Thiet, a way of folding Vietnamese identity into the guest experience without needing to explain it. The Gala night in Ho Chi Minh City featured a red rose backdrop and paper fans inspired by Japanese aesthetics, matching the theme the client requested. The After Party closed with a Vietnamese host in a traditional áo dài printed with a lion motif, standing beside an international host in front of hundreds of guests under string lights.

VietNam Event Group – VEG’s role: execution partner at the destination
In this program’s value chain, Future LLC was the MICE agency handling planning and the direct client relationship with Faberlic. VietNam Event Group – VEG was the local partner, the execution team on the ground in Vietnam responsible for turning a plan built in Russia into a program that ran smoothly in reality.

That’s a different position than selling directly to the end client. VietNam Event Group – VEG operated as a creative production partner for an international DMC, taking on the hardest part: venues, staging, logistics, and multi-location coordination on a tight timeline. It’s also the model VietNam Event Group – VEG is building toward for inbound MICE work, not competing with DMCs but becoming the execution arm they trust on the ground in Vietnam.
With 500 guests moving between two provinces, the real challenge wasn’t any single event. It was keeping the entire chain of activities aligned. A delay at one point pulls back everything scheduled after it.

What the client said after the program ended
After the Faberlic delegation left Vietnam, Future LLC left a 5-out-of-5 review across every category: budget, quality, schedule, and collaboration.
Mizonova Vera, Senior MICE Specialist at Future LLC, wrote: “We especially appreciated the team’s proactive approach, fast communication, and attention to detail. They were highly organized, flexible, and always focused on finding solutions. Working with VEG gave us confidence that every aspect of the project was under control, even when unexpected challenges arose.”
The line worth noticing isn’t “5 out of 5.” It’s “even when unexpected challenges arose.” With 500 guests, multiple venues, and teams working across time zones and languages, something unplanned is nearly guaranteed to happen somewhere. What the client was really rating wasn’t a flawless program. It was the feeling of being in the hands of a partner who knows how to handle it when things don’t go exactly as planned.

Why this case is worth a closer look

For companies searching for an event partner in Vietnam to handle international delegations, the Faberlic program is a real-world test of three common questions: can the partner handle scale, can they coordinate multiple locations on a short timeline, and are they trustworthy enough for an international agency to hand over full execution at the destination.
For VietNam Event Group – VEG, it’s also a data point for the direction the company is building toward: becoming the execution partner that international DMCs and MICE agencies trust when they bring clients to Vietnam.
